PROMAN is an easy to use Windows based application for the provision of a contracts database. It monitors projects; contracts; the tender and contract letting process; and supplier usage (contractors, suppliers and consultants).

By incorporating information relating to both projects and suppliers within the single database it facilitates the integrated approach to project monitoring, supplier selection and approved list management, thus making efficient and economic use of common data.

The multi-user nature of PROMAN together with its secure user access controls facilitate the task of sharing and entering common data in an organisation thus leading to ease of administration and improvements in efficiency.

The major elements of the system can be accessed via a web browser and, with the use of an Internet server, the data can be accessed independently of the organisation’s network, leading to ease of data access for authorised users. The system solution can be a corporate or a standalone departmental system.
