A wide range of business activities are monitored within the LAMP system and these enable effective viability analysis to take place regarding cost centres, resources and client workloads. For example, services and tasks (and therefore their associated costs and charges) are identified with management units facilitating workload analysis for cost centres. The ability to review total costs together with the generation and analysis of 'unit' cost is of particular relevance where competitiveness comparisons are being made. In addition the assembly of services into user definable programmes of work can give an analysis of client workload and achievements. This can give an indication of the type of work that is viable for forward planning purposes. |
