LAMP promotes flexibility in the organisation by:
- Providing the ability to pre-calculate competitiveness from draft invoices
The Invoicing process in LAMP begins with the calculation of invoices in a draft state. This allows competitiveness assessments to be made before invoices are formally issued.
Even where formal ‘invoicing’ is not currently required the adoption of multiple charging options together with the calculation of draft invoices will enable viability to be calculated (pseudo-charging) allowing a comparative competitiveness assessment to be made. This would allow a trend analysis to take place over a period of time before formal invoice operations begins.
