A wide range of business activities are monitored within the LAMP system and these enable effective analysis to take place regarding cost centres, resources and client workloads. For example, services and tasks (and therefore their associated costs and charges) are identified with management units facilitating workload analysis for cost centres. In addition the assembly of services into user-definable programmes of work can give an analysis of client workload and achievements. The identification of employee involvement with specific services allows resource monitoring to be carried out. The recording of these employee work patterns enables an accurate assessment of client work to be assessed for charging purposes and the longer term patterns form trends that can be used for planning purposes. |
