LAMP promotes accuracy in the organisation by:
- Recording employee work patterns thus identifying employee involvement with both non-rechargeable and frontline services
The recording of employee work patterns enables an accurate assessment of client work to be assessed for charging purposes. The longer term patterns form trends that can be used for planning purposes. The recording of non-rechargeable activities allows an accurate analysis of productive work, thus allowing the ability to calculate ratios for ‘productive’ and ‘lost time’. The accuracy of this calculation facilitates the accurate assessment of cost and charge rates.
