The LAMP Professional Resource Management System has been designed by Bensasson & Chalmers to satisfy the needs of service providers and their clients by providing a powerful and flexible suite of software tools to assist in the control of the vital management functions of resource and service costing, client charging and business planning. The LAMP system is designed to give appropriate information to all levels and areas of management and includes facilities for cost, time and progress monitoring; direct cost and overhead allocation; and invoice generation. Use of the LAMP system facilitates the integral operation of such functions. A LAMP database can cater for a single department, a component of a larger department, multiple departments or the overall organisation according to user requirements. LAMP can be considered as a comprehensive business management information system for service providers and as such it is in use in organisations of varying sizes and types. It is an established well proven system, having evolved from our consultancy expertise and in conjunction with user feedback. |
